Description

Isot – Urfa Chili

Isot is a traditional spice from Şanlıurfa, made from selected Urfa chili peppers. Its dark color and distinctive aroma come from drying and careful processing.

The flavor is savory, slightly smoky and mildly hot. This makes it suitable for many Turkish and Middle Eastern recipes.

It can be used in kebab, grilled dishes, çiğ köfte, hummus, lahmacun, sauces, soups and stews. It also adds an aromatic touch to salads and side dishes.
