Shipping costs are 15 euros.
The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer for the following reasons:
- Returns due to packages not being picked up from the parcel station or branch – if the package is not picked up on time and is returned to us by the shipping service provider. In this case, an additional processing fee of €5.99 + shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information – here too, a processing fee of €5.99 + shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns of items in perfect condition – i.e., without defects such as damage or breakage – are at the customer's own expense.
- If the minimum order value of $100 is not met due to a return – if the total value of the order falls below $100 due to the return of accidentally ordered items, the shipping costs originally granted will be deducted from the refund amount.
