Return Costs:

If a parcel is not collected on time and returned to us by the carrier, a €5.99 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Incorrect or incomplete address information:
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a €5.99 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns of undamaged products:
If returned items are free of defects, damage, or breakage, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Order total drops below €100 after return:
If the return causes the total order value to fall below €100, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund since the free shipping threshold is no longer met.
