Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can declare your withdrawal by letter or by e-mail.
You may also use the attached model withdrawal form, which is however not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The period is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:
- for the supply of goods which may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded.
