Shipping costs
Important information
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1 to 5 working days. Deliveries abroad may take 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country.
Parcel delivery may be delayed by public holidays and, for shipments to non-EU countries, by customs clearance.
Tracking numbers are sent to the customer by email once the parcel has been shipped.
All weights refer to the shipping weight of the consignment including packaging. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order value or the weight.
Shipping costs within Germany
DHL standard shipping
Shipping costs are €5.99 for purchases under €100.
FREE SHIPPING from €100 throughout Germany.
UPS Express (delivery Mon to Fri)
For faster delivery within Germany, we optionally offer UPS Express. The cost depends on the weight of the consignment. Free shipping from €100 does not apply to express shipping.

UPS Express orders received on working days (Mon to Fri) by 12:00 noon are shipped the same day. Delivery takes place on working days only (Mon to Fri), not on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs are €9.99 for purchases under €100.

Other EU countries
Shipping with UPS or DHL to all other EU countries (e. g. Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia and others).
Shipping costs are €14.99, regardless of the order value.
Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway (non-EU countries)
Shipping with UPS. The cost depends on the weight of the consignment:

Important note on customs, import duties and taxes
Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway are not part of the customs territory of the European Union. Deliveries to these countries may therefore be subject to import duties, in particular:
- customs duties (depending on the type and value of the goods),
- import VAT or the value added tax of the destination country (e. g. Swiss VAT, UK VAT, Norwegian MVA),
- handling and customs clearance fees of the parcel service provider (e. g. UPS customs clearance fee).
These duties and fees are not included in our product prices or in the shipping costs listed above. They are collected directly from the recipient by the parcel service provider or the customs authority of the destination country, usually before or upon delivery, and are to be borne in full by the customer. The amount depends on the regulations of the destination country and cannot be calculated in advance or influenced by us.
By placing an order to one of these countries, the customer confirms that they are aware that import duties may be charged and that they will pay them. The customer is also responsible for complying with the import regulations of their country.
Please also note:
- If acceptance of a shipment is refused because of the import duties incurred, or if the shipment is not collected, the parcel is returned to us. In this case, the return shipping costs incurred and any customs and return fees charged by the parcel service provider will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Import duties already paid cannot be refunded by us in the event of a withdrawal or return. A refund may only be possible directly from the customs authority of the destination country.
- Customs clearance can extend the delivery time by several working days.
- Special import regulations apply in non-EU countries to certain foods (in particular animal products such as cheese or honey). Individual items can therefore not be delivered to all countries for customs reasons; in this case, we will inform you before shipping.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in the following cases:
- Returns due to parcels not collected from the parcel station or branch: if the parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us by the shipping service provider. In this case, in accordance with clauses 6.5 and 6.6 of our GTC, the actual return shipping costs, but at least €10, will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced.
- Undeliverable shipments due to an incorrect or incomplete address: here too, in accordance with clauses 6.4 and 6.6 of our GTC, the actual return shipping costs, but at least €10, will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced.
- Returns of flawless items, i. e. without defects such as damage or breakage, are at the customer's own expense. For returns from non-EU countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway), the customer additionally bears the costs of the required customs clearance of the return; the shipment must be declared as a return.
- Falling below the minimum order value of €100 due to a return: if the total value of the order falls below €100 as a result of returning items ordered by mistake, the shipping costs originally waived will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refusal of acceptance due to import duties (non-EU countries): if a shipment to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway is not accepted because of the customs duties, taxes or fees incurred, the outbound and return shipping costs as well as the fees charged by the parcel service provider will be deducted from the refund amount.
