It is formed as a result of removing the pulp of the fruits collected in season and turning them into a thin layer. The sugar content of the fruits, which are purified from the water and remain only with the pulp, also increases. The thin layer of fruit pulp is left to dry under the influence of the sun. The fruits that dry under the influence of the sun are squeezed until they become pulp. Within 8 to 10 days, the fruits become pulp.
