PRIMA Vitamin D Home Test
Rapid Self-Test for Semi-Quantitative Detection of Vitamin D in Whole Blood
Contents: 1 Test
VITAMIN D
Vitamin D belongs to a group of fat-soluble secosteroids responsible for increasing the intestinal absorption of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphate, and zinc. The blood concentration of Vitamin D is considered the best indicator of Vitamin D levels in the body.
Vitamin D deficiency is now recognized as a global epidemic. It has been linked to several serious conditions, including osteoporosis, osteomalacia, cardiovascular diseases, pregnancy complications, diabetes, depression, autoimmune diseases, flu, and infections. For this reason, Vitamin D testing is now considered a “medically necessary screening test.”
WHO SHOULD USE THIS TEST?
The VITAMIN D TEST is suitable for people who are at risk of Vitamin D deficiency, such as:
- Those who feel constantly fatigued
- Individuals with limited sun exposure
- People with poor dietary intake
- Those with intestinal absorption issues
Maintaining an adequate Vitamin D level is necessary for bone health and overall well-being.
Common symptoms of Vitamin D deficiency include:
- Persistent fatigue
- Muscle weakness
- Bone and/or joint pain

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
❓ What happens if the reading time is not followed?
The test is valid only if the instructions, including the reading time, are strictly followed.
❓ How to check if the test worked correctly?
A colored control line (C) must appear. If missing, repeat with a new test.
❓ What if the control and test lines have different intensities?
Color intensity does not affect the result. If the test line (T) appears, the result is valid.
